Cupcakes Class On 26 February 2010

My third student for the same class, Su from LBJ.

She is also first timer when it comes to baking and I am glad it paid off.The colors and the hands-free talented ideas.
All the students were taught on the basic of preparing batter, making fondant and buttercream and designs using various patterns available.
