Hi....maaf lama tak online...sibuk lately dgn kerja semasa...dalam kesibkan dapat juga memenuhi permintaan teman2 yang setia support saya...
Inin kek perkahwinan teman adik ku yang bersanding di Raub, Pahang.
2 tier chocolate cake...memang susah jugak tapi berbaloi....

Selamat Pengantin Baru ..opps terlupa nama teman adik ku....takpe janji dah selamat...

CLASSES

*BAKING & CRAFTS CLASSES AVAILABLE IN KOTA SERIEMAS NILAI*



Starting November 2009, baking & crafts classes are available on weekends
here in Kota Seriemas.
Dates for classes are :21/11,22/11 , 28/11, 29/11, 5/12, 6/12, 12/12, 13/12
19/12, 20/12


Classes are conducted in groups or individually.
For those interested , please view the following classes and call to register.


BAKING CLASSES :-


1- BASIC CUPCAKES - 10 pieces of cupcakes to bring home RM 150.00


2- ICING & FONDANT CAKES-- cake is yours after you decorated it RM 180.00


3- HOMEMADE CHOCOLATES – 50 pieces of your handmade chocolates to bring home and a free mold RM 250.00


4- MUFFINS & SCONES – 10 pieces of muffins or scones to bring home RM 150.00


5- SUGAR COOKIES – 20 pieces of sugar cookies to bring home RM 180.00


6- BASIC CUPCAKES & FIGURE & DECORATIVE FLOWERS ON CUPCAKES – 10 pieces of cupcakes & decorations ( figurine,flowers,alphabert) RM 200.00


7- CAKE BAKING & DECORATION – basic cake baking and decoration RM 200.00

Cupcake Classes

Missing In Action...

Assalamualaikum....how is everyone...I have been away for a while and I am back now.Been busy at work...huh....yup I am working now..and my classes nowadays are on weekends.

Here are some of my latest happenings and also new classes for November......

Happenings in the last 2 weekends...

Salam to all...I am sure we all at the last moments of the raya fever and that most are having their open hse gatherings before the raya month is up...well i know i am what with the rush for work and also having classes but nevertheless its these that is making us hands on and alife....

I had the best experience baking and trying new things.....

I do hope we can share more and improve for the better....

Here are some of my latest work not to the standards of my fellow 'sifus' and I would also like to thank Yasmin from Baking Project for the figurine decor class that I had attended....

To sifu Noorlie....back to working life again for you....after your confinement....I want to share with you an impromptu chocolate class which has been postpone but manage to get it done this week.....

Nur & her sister ( two lovely chocolate lovers lecturers trying their hands at chocolates and guess what ...... awesome turnout...u both were great and we had lots of fun...)

I also made an engagement cake for Prem Kumar & Sangitha Bai on the occasion for their auspicious engagement day and specially drove it to Ipoh the last 2 weekend......

The carrot cake was an order for Azean ( my neighbour friend) for her housewarming......infact i made 2 carrot cakes but unfortunately miss out taking picture of it plus the sugar cookies........at least i had this one for living proof..lol.....

As usualtowards raya has been always a busy time.....this year i took the risk of taking orders for my cookies and chocolates......here are some of the orders.....which i have made...and also with the kind help from Linda my petit cute neighbour sister.......she has been a wonderful neighbour,sister and also a listener..i cant thank her enough for all the help she has extended to me and we manage to sell cookies n chocs at the lobby of her office( well she did all the selling and became the chef in baking he he)....thanks linda...ur an angel in heaven and kak aida wish that Allah swt be wt you and your family all through....

Hi again...as we go along the students are getting better with their designs and I am happy that what I have learn and gain from my classes, I am able to pass on to them and wallah see how creative they have been....

introducing..' chef adib jr' .....my nephew who is so interested in cooking and he made this by himself....he has 5 sibblings and his mum..the love cuppies is for his mum..and the rest is for his sibblings...5 of them..such effort n ideas not forgetting very responsible....

wanna get to know chef adib...call me ya...

Engagement Cake

Vanilla Almond Cupcakes and heart shape with fondant icing....Did this for an engagement ceremony...

Love the silicon heart shape baking mould and came jst perfect for this occassion.

You should try as I find sillicon are better .....
