My First Tartlets Student - Lieya -11/5/2010

Lieya, my first tartlets student had great fun doing  this tarlets with cheese filling and top with all her fruities.
Unfortunately Lieya is so shy to have her picture taken but nevertheless she is 1 step up....
Thank you Lieya.....( Actually Lieya did her other class for Oreo Chocolates for Mother's Day but it turn out so well until we forgot to take pictures, I mean I forgot to take pictures.

Tall Cupcakes & Gumpaste Flowers

I made this tall cupcakes for a friend.It comes in 6 pieces ...3 of each with chocolate cake and orange cake covered with flavoured fondant and gumpaste flowers. 6 pieces sold at RM 3.50 each.
You may request for your chosen pattern and it will be wonderful for Mother's day.
The second pics is my gumpaste flowers...still need lots of improvement......
