Wedding Cake for Sangeeta & Prem Kumar

They were engaged in August 09 and the wedding was in December 09.

I was given the opportunity to bake this wedding cake for them....

Had no clue whatsoever but just did whatever my instint says and I think

I did ok..

Cake - Plain butter cake ( Sangeeta wanted it plain but not sweet)

Icing  - White butter icing with lemon flavor....

Decor- Fondant floral - plain rose( need to sharpen my roses) and wedding bells.....oh my it was so sweet I was in tears.

Hi ...its been awhile......

I have been very very busy at work and also baking for orders and everyday
I tell myself I must update the blog but....as usual....time not permissable.....

This is a 12 pieces hantaran cupcakes request by Noolis from Klang Lama.She wanted this for her neighbour.
The color theme is creamy brown.
Butter haselnut cake with fondant icing....placed in a matching box.....

I did various flavors muffins for Shikin for her daughter's khatam Quran...
I actually packed it in a thank you wrapper with ribbons and I forgotten to snap that......
Flavors were Bluberry,Banana and Chocolate Chip.

I appreciate the support from Shikin as she has been my regular customer.
Terima kasih daun keladi...Shikin beritahu ye kalau nak lagi....ha ha.....boleh tahan.....

Inin kek perkahwinan teman adik ku yang bersanding di Raub, Pahang.

Starting November 2009, baking & crafts classes are available on weekends
here in Kota Seriemas.
Dates for classes are :21/11,22/11 , 28/11, 29/11, 5/12, 6/12, 12/12, 13/12
19/12, 20/12


Classes are conducted in groups or individually.

BAKING CLASSES :-


1- BASIC CUPCAKES - 10 pieces of cupcakes to bring home RM 150.00


2- ICING & FONDANT CAKES-- cake is yours after you decorated it RM 180.00


3- HOMEMADE CHOCOLATES – 50 pieces of your handmade chocolates to bring home and a free mold RM 250.00


4- MUFFINS & SCONES – 10 pieces of muffins or scones to bring home RM 150.00


5- SUGAR COOKIES – 20 pieces of sugar cookies to bring home RM 180.00


6- BASIC CUPCAKES & FIGURE & DECORATIVE FLOWERS ON CUPCAKES – 10 pieces of cupcakes & decorations ( figurine,flowers,alphabert) RM 200.00


7- CAKE BAKING & DECORATION – basic cake baking and decoration RM 200.00

Cupcake Classes

Missing In Action...

Assalamualaikum....how is everyone...I have been away for a while and I am back now.Been busy at work...huh....yup I am working now..and my classes nowadays are on weekends.

Here are some of my latest happenings and also new classes for November......

Happenings in the last 2 weekends...

Salam to all...I am sure we all at the last moments of the raya fever and that most are having their open hse gatherings before the raya month is up...well i know i am what with the rush for work and also having classes but nevertheless its these that is making us hands on and alife....

I had the best experience baking and trying new things.....

I do hope we can share more and improve for the better....

Here are some of my latest work not to the standards of my fellow 'sifus' and I would also like to thank Yasmin from Baking Project for the figurine decor class that I had attended....

To sifu Noorlie....back to working life again for you....after your confinement....I want to share with you an impromptu chocolate class which has been postpone but manage to get it done this week.....

Nur & her sister ( two lovely chocolate lovers lecturers trying their hands at chocolates and guess what ...... awesome turnout...u both were great and we had lots of fun...)

I also made an engagement cake for Prem Kumar & Sangitha Bai on the occasion for their auspicious engagement day and specially drove it to Ipoh the last 2 weekend......

The carrot cake was an order for Azean ( my neighbour friend) for her housewarming......infact i made 2 carrot cakes but unfortunately miss out taking picture of it plus the sugar cookies........at least i had this one for living proof..lol.....
