2 days 2 tiers Buttercream Cake and the owner is lovely PRIYA from Sg Pelek,Sepang

This is a story of Priya a young lovely bribe to be.She was extremely interested to bake and make this cake.
Let alone she had the support of her fiance Appu who is also eager to see her do this cake.Apart from all odds with her cousin hospitalised and she nearly cancel her class , Priya came and for 2 days mixedds,bake and did decorations.With zero knowledge on baking let alone the ingredients I am really impressed to see her work.
Though she has to brush and practise on her frosting and decor , Priya for a first timer did this cake.
Thank you Priya ,I had lots of fun having you as my student and your mum will be proud of you and to Appu thank you for the box of chocolates ( he brought me Cadbury Choclairs) to show his appreciation......

Once again Shikin ordered this today 20 Mei 2010 for her youngest daughter Yasmin pot-luck party to bring to school on Friday 21 Mei 2010......Macamni la ragam ibu2 kena adakan semua ni untuk anak2 tercinta...Kalau tak silap Kak Aida kan Shikin masa dulu2 kita sekolah mana ada semua ni kan.....Walaubagaimana pun.terimaksih daun keladi sekali lagi sebab beri penuh kepercayaan pada Kak Aida dengan tak putus putus order dari Shikin.......semuga anak2 tadika happy dengan muffins muffins ni.....

Lat 18 May 2010 was Danish Imran's birthday.His proud parents Izani & Shikin is my neighbour.

Danish is crazy for BEN 10 and I made this chocolate cake with fondant icing and accompanying BEN10 to celebrate Danish's birthday is BEN 10's friends which you can see on Oreo Chocolates......

Nana - student for basic cupcake classes...

Nana has children whose craving for her cupcakes and that is when you came and took classes.
Hands on classes for Nana was very smooth and I would like to thank her for her patience as I had to delay the class when I had a last minute urgent order...Nana, thank you....such an angel to have waited for 2 solid hrs before we could start...but Nana is a good student attentive and she finished all in a short....her decor is on a learning process but she will do more later.

My First Tartlets Student - Lieya -11/5/2010

Lieya, my first tartlets student had great fun doing  this tarlets with cheese filling and top with all her fruities.
Unfortunately Lieya is so shy to have her picture taken but nevertheless she is 1 step up....

Tall Cupcakes & Gumpaste Flowers

I made this tall cupcakes for a friend.It comes in 6 pieces ...3 of each with chocolate cake and orange cake covered with flavoured fondant and gumpaste flowers. 6 pieces sold at RM 3.50 each.
You may request for your chosen pattern and it will be wonderful for Mother's day.
The second pics is my gumpaste flowers...still need lots of improvement......
